This session provides attendees a chance to learn about tourism industry operations, both locally in Orange County and internationally. Types and modes of tourism will be examined, plus gain insight on working as a travel professional in the present, including navigating pandemic restrictions and offering new opportunities for tourists. Employment in a convention & visitors bureau and in trip support coordination will also be discussed.
