Emily is a Speech-Language Pathologist with a certification in AAC. She has worked in school districts and private practice with a focus on AAC selection and implementation. She was an AAC Specialist in Long Beach, CA and has a passion for supporting the families and professionals who are learning AAC integration alongside the AAC user. She has found nothing better than witnessing the success and independence that comes with gaining a “voice” and hopes to continue to support people with complex communication needs within her community and beyond.
