Program specialist
Ivan Campos, MS, CCC-SLP, is a bilingual speech language pathologist and Program Specialist with CAHELP. He is a first generation Mexican-American and SLP is his third career. He has experience working with children ages 0-21 with diverse needs in a variety of settings from private practice, public schools, and behavioral health. His areas of interest include multilingual language development, culturally responsive assessment and service delivery practices, trauma informed care, transdisciplinary collaboration, and connecting families to services. He has previously served on the CSHA Board and as chair of ASHA’s Multicultural Issues Board. He has a bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders from Longwood University and a master's degree in communication sciences and disorders from Loma Linda University.
